v0.3.0 small market change + endless mode

Another update!
This version includes a change in the way the upgrades market is accessed. I've gotten some feedback from some playtesters that they sometimes forget to access the shop during the day. To try and make it more obvious for the players, the market is now accessed from a basecamp building on the map.
The basecamp will show you visually when the market is open and also popup reminder text will appear as part of the beginning of day flow. Hopefully this works for everyone!
Besides this change, I've wrapped up work most work on endless mode. This will not be available in the demo, but I hope players will look forward to it in the full release!
And as always this release includes an assortment of small bug fixes and improvements. Thanks to everyone who has been helping me test and refine the game!
